TOUR BOOKINGS PAYMENT, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Clients are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following conditions:

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
Ø       A deposit of 50% per person is required upon booking. This deposit forms part of your final payment. However, a payment of deposit does not constitute confirmation of the tour. Full payment is required 7 days before the tour or at time of booking if the booking is made within 30 days of tour departure date. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Ø       Methods of payment accepted are online transfer, telegraphic transfer, cash deposit, and cheque.
Ø       Please cross all cheques ‘A/C Payee Only’ and make it payable to KHIDMAT JEMARI
Ø       Online Bank Transfer to PUBLIC BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER  3167915711 – KHIDMAT JEMARI
Ø       Currencies accepted are Ringgit Malaysia and US Dollar, the exchange rate being determined at the sole discretion of Tour Operators and updated periodically. Exchange rates so set are final and non-negotiable.
Ø       All charges for telegraphic transfer or other method are to be borne by the client.
Ø       Whatever the method of payment, funds must have cleared in our account by the payment deadline.
               
CANCELLATION FEE, POSTPONEMENT AND NO SHOW POLICY
Ø       In the event of any cancellation, the following fees will be applicable:   
v      14 - 20 days prior to arrival 50% of total cost
v      Less than 7 days prior to arrival 100%
Ø       Currency exchange fluctuations, bank charges, etc. will be deducted from any refund made. No exceptions to the cancellation policy shall be granted.
Ø       In the event of No Show or failure to turn up, no refunds will be given.
Ø       Postponement will be allowed 14 days prior to all tours confirmed.

TOUR CANCELLATION
Ø       Tour Operators reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to an insufficient number of participants. The Tour Operators may, if it so chooses, recommend alternative tours to you, preferably to the same destination.

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
Ø       No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for unused ground transportation, meals or sightseeing tours not taken.

TOUR PRICES
Ø       Prices are subject to revision without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as currency fluctuations etc. The tour price excludes unspecified meals or tours, beverages, service charges, tips, and all other items of a personal nature.
Ø       Tour prices are based on current service prices and quotation and are subject to change with or without prior notice.

ITINERARY CHANGES
Ø       The local weather conditions may affect the tour itinerary. Should this occur, The Tour Operators will endeavour to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Where possible, any changes will be announced before the arrival. If we find it necessary to change a portion of your itinerary after your holiday has commenced, we will strive to maintain the overall standard of the tour arrangement. However, The Tour Operators reserves the right to make minor changes at any time without compensation. No compensation will be made as a result of force majeure (unforeseen circumstances beyond human control, e.g. war, civil strike, earthquake, floods).

RIGHT TO REJECT
Ø       The Tour Operators reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or booking made for a client. The Tour Operators also has the right to decline acceptance or to retain any person as member of the tour if it appears that such person(s) is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour.
Ø       The Tour Operators further reserves the right to cancel any reservation if, for any reason whatsoever, any carrier, hotel or contractor refuses to allow the person concerned to participate in the tour.

TRANSPORTATION
Ø       Unless otherwise specified, transfers are on a charter basis. For ‘seat-in-boat’ transfers or tours, passengers join regular scheduled boat departures, which do not operate on an exclusive charter basis. This might involve prolonged waiting.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Ø       It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that his/her international passport has validity of at least 6 months from the date of departure. Relevant visas and vaccinations may be required.
Ø       The Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of any tour prices, if client entry to any country is refused for whatever reason, including lack of necessary visas.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Ø       We strongly recommend that you purchase a personal travel insurance policy prior to the commencement of your holiday and tour. The Tour Operators shall not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of trip cancellation, personal baggage, personal accident, injury or illness.

MEALS
Ø       Meals will be provided as specified in the tour itinerary.

RESPONSIBILITY
Ø       The Tour Operators and its associates act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotels & other principals for the tour programmes. They accept no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay, theft, quarantine, customs regulation, strike, changes in itinerary, deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. Any losses and expenses are the responsibility of the client. All proper travel documentation is the sole responsibility of the client.

Ø       As The Tour Operators is only an acting agent for the holiday components, it will not be held responsible for any changes, acts of discretion or inconvenience caused by our suppliers and appointed agents. In no case shall The Tour Operators or its associates or agents be liable for any causes outside of their reasonable control or from any act or omission of the client.

Ø       Every person participating in any tour tour/holiday organised by The Tour Operator shall be regarded as carrying his /her own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The client accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine and acts of God.

Ø       The Tour Operators reserves the right to alter any route, itinerary and/or accommodation without prior notice to the clients if it shall in its sole and absolute discretion think this fits, or in case of force majeure.
